It's Forte. AKA Bass. From Megaman.He feels like Killingz tonight.
I drew this for my Puppy, first time we've been able to draw (well.. ok.. I've been drawing, he watches) just the two of us on oC.

Forte's a bastard, but he's a bastard who we love and admire because of how evil and vicious he is. In fact, ever since his first appearance in MM7, he's gained my respect and admiration as Megaman's sworn adversary. Believe me; Forte's an enemy worthy of mention.
