Harvested them from ship wreckage that drifted onto shore. She learned from some of the castaways that ended up on the isles and didn't trespass.

Well, you have to go out of your way for that. The main ruins that she guards is nestle in the heart of the isles. So to trespass in the forbidden zone you have to penetrate quite deeply. That and people should know that weird fantastical ruins are bad news to enter anyway.

Ahhh. I see. Although. If I wound up there and saw the sign I would probably just stay away from that area... Though... A quick death would probably be better than eating fish for the rest of my life.
