Description
I wanted to make Greninja look more frog like but I think I made him look more like an insect more than anything. Back to watercolours, also I managed to go shopping yesterday and brought some fancy watercolours in tubes. I even got a SEPIA COLOURED ONE.

-------------Task One-----Part Three-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cinder was cut off by a high-pitched shriek of "GRENINJAAA!"
She reeled back, staring across the crowd at the source of the noise, a little Nidoran as it reeled its leg back, swinging toward the sweater-clad frog beside her- and the Greninja whipped out its arm, pulling a green mat from under its sweater to intercept the blow mid-stroke.
As the Nidoran's leg collided with the green mass, the Greninja leapt straight upwards, throwing off the sweater to reveal a much more form-fitting outfit, hexagons on the chest and a cowl pulled tight to its forehead. It fell forward, its foot landing straight on the forehead of a passerby Granbull, then propelled itself back up, leaping from person to person as it made its way out of the crowd, ducking into an alley...
Adrian stared at the alleyway for a moment, his mouth dropping open slightly, then curling up into a grin.
"I told you so!" he exclaimed, "Freaking called it! Laws of irony and everything- you could time that shit exactly!"

"Whatever!" Cinder snapped, grabbing his paw, "I get it, all right?! Let's go!"
They rushed through the crowd, dodging the few bystanders that the Greninja had knocked over as they headed to the entrance of the alley.

"I can't believe no one followed him!" Adrian exclaimed, skidding to a stop in front of the alley, "That Nidoran girl, where'd she go?"

"Probably stuck back in the crowd somewhere. Look! Can you see him?"

"Got it!" he exclaimed, pointing down the alley at the Greninja, which panted a bit as it pressed up against the wall- and its head shot to the right, staring straight at them.
"Shit! It's seen us!"

As they ran toward it, the Greninja rummaged around in its cowl, then reeled back, lobbing a small black sphere at the ground in front of them- which, upon impact, exploded into a huge cloud of smoke.
"Gyah!" Cinder gasped, coughing, "F-fuck! Adrian, break the ground!"
Choking as he wafted the smoke away from his face, Adrian slammed his feet down on the ground, hearing the satisfying rumbling as the earth separated underneath them, huge cracks emanating out from under his feet- he heard a faint whirring noise, and the smoke started to dissipate...
As the smoke cleared, he could see Cinder frantically whipping her tail in a circle behind her, kicking up the dust to blow the smoke away.
"Fucking hell!" she snapped, letting her tail come to a stop, "Right! Good, then! Let's go!"

"How the hell did you just-" he started, and she cut him off.

"It's embarrassing, all right?! Let's just go!"
She facepalmed again, and let out a huff.
"I needed you to bring the dirt and dust up so I could blow it away with a Sand-Attack, all right? Anyway, come on!"
She stared down the alley, clenching her teeth.
"We lost him. I can't believe this."

"He can't have gone too far," Adrian reassured, "Besides, you were right before about the crowds. He won't stay in these alleys for long."

"Fine," she grumbled, starting to stride down the alley, "but I doubt we'll find him any time soon. Damn it."
They exited the alley, looking out at another, almost identical street of tents, shops, and crowds.
"He could be anywhere by now. If anything, he'll probably just get another disguise and start the whole thing all over again-"
She glanced back at the alley, and noticed the freaking Greninja climbing down one of the fire escapes.
"Adrian!" she yelled, reeling back toward the alley, "There!"
The Greninja leapt off the fire escape, landing in a crouch with its webbed hands slamming down on the ground in front of it.

"Got it" the Sandshrew snapped, running toward the Greninja as it stood up, stamping down hard on the ground with every few steps forward- and the already-broken ground seperated with an earsplitting crack, pushing the area around the Greninja up a bit, then dropping straight down, trapping the ninja inside a pit.
"Got you!" Adrian exclaimed, grinning as he ran up to the pit, "Fantastic! Come back to the same spot, will you- you didn't even notice me splitting the area earlier, did you? I always say, it's better not to underestimate-"
The Greninja stared at him flatly for a moment, then turned, crouched to the ground, and dug straight downward.
Adrian stared, watching the Greninja burrow out of sight...
"God DAMN IT!"
He jumped into the pit, lining up his claws with the Greninja's tunnel, and burrowed inside.

Ripping the clods of dirt away from his face, Adrian burrowed through the dense soil, occasionally bursting into one of the air pockets made by rhe Greninja's tunnel. The ninja clearly wasn't a very experienced digger- the tunnel wound all over the place, going slightly upward and downward with every few feet of soil. Of course, he was probably just focusing on getting away... Never the less, the tunnel slowly curved upward, the layers of dirt softening a bit as he approached the surface, finally passing through a thin layer of what was more dust than anything else. Finally, he burst from the ground, shaking his head off a bit as he looked for the Greninja.
