All payments will be made in USD.

All payments to be done via paypal via the invoice method.

Do not directly send me payments, it will be refunded.

Payment is required upon completion of the commission's sketch except for trust-me, flash sale and sketch commissions. Those require payment up-front.

The Artist:

I have the right to cancel a commission at any time. I will inform you of the decision and you will receive a refund to it.

I retain the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches at a later date.

The Commissioner

May upload the work made for you in your gallery/site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my galleries.

May not commission existing original characters without the owner's consent.

May not resell the artwork.

May not alter the image without informing me.
