Oooooohhh! I love this scene very much!
The configuration of her loooonnnnngggg body is very fun and interesting to look at. It further adds upon the confusion and frustration Samara is going through right now. The markings and overall colouration of her body quite nice as both details in general but also details which add more to the picture in terms of the "jumbled mess" which she is. And her expression is also handled very well; she seems more annoyed about what happened to her than shocked.
Personally, I think she looks perfectly fine and lovely the way she is.
