Thanks Sandi! I appreciate your comment. There are way too many people putting up whatever Apo just 'gives them' rather than digging deep and discovering what strange new worlds await. So thanks again for stopping by and admiring this piece.

Well, that is very nice of you to say Martin.
And I would be happy to share what variations were used. In this instance there were 3 variations and they were: 1-spherical/julia, 2-spherical/julia, and 3-julia/bubble.

Hi Brian

I tried to export aflame in UF4 but it seems that only Apo20 can be exported ..
Did you find some solution ?
BTW I just found a (french) site where flames and any type of document (below 500K) can de uploaded for sharing :

Thanks for the information Martin.
Here is a webpage that explains how to import Apophysis flames into UF4.

I hope this helps.

Best,

Hello Brian
I already downloaded the public formulas (before asking you) but it seems taht this old formula does not recognize the new apo flame (203C)
Have you had the same prob ?
Anyhow, thanks for your comments and help

Hi Martin,
Yes, actually I have problems with certain flames. Especially any that use the newer variations or are very complex. Hopefully UF will fix that in the future!

Best regards,

this is amazing for an apophysis work, was it edited in PSP or just the sig and border?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

sequential In reply to SilFerWolf [2006-01-27 02:33:23 +0000 UTC]

Thank you. Most of the Photoshop post-work is the frame and signature, however I increased the color saturation and contrast a bit too.

Very nice. Looks almost 3d, with its depth and distances implied. Not so wild about the subdued colors, but it's still a very nice fractal.

THis is fantastic work, I love it, I still haven't dowloaded the 2.03 c , is it much different to the b ??

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

sequential In reply to GeaAusten [2006-01-26 05:59:25 +0000 UTC]

Thanks for the comment and !
I wouldn't say c is much different from b, aside from a few bug fixes and a new variation called "perspective" which adds some unique attributes to flames!

Blueberries!

This looks almost like it was made in UF, not apophysis. I have to ask what variations you used, if you don't mind.... I've never seen anything like this before.

Again, awesome flame.

LOL, I guess I've had other fractals in the past that have looked edible.
This one uses 3 variations, two of which are a spherical/julia combination...and the other is a julia/spherical combo. Julia always makes things interesting!
