I do not watch MLP. I am not a fan of it, as such, I was not aware that she was dressing as a character from said cartoon at the time. And I would greatly appreciate it if instead of saying 'what the hay is wrong with you' and expecting everyone to automatically know the ins and outs of something you yourself are well versed in, that you just calmly say, 'she is dressed as such and such character'.
