I -love- this picture. Took me two days, all hand colored with pencils. This image is seen everywhere but I loved the colors on it too much to just ignore the challenge. I just wish I could do it again, my colors have never turned out this well since.Raziel belongs to Crystal Dynamics.

WOW, SUCH CRAZY AMMOUNT OF DETAIL!! I love it! Raziel is so sexy.. X3 The only thing I see wrong is his foot and how you forgot about the black stripes below and above his eyes.. The foot looks really flat and it's not as long as it's supposed to be (that's right, look at the geek talking XD I pay attention to small details a lot). I'm also wondering what the red light from below him is.. I love this pic a lot, probably as much as you do. Definately a fave..

I am in love with the LoK series XD
I came in on the first Soul Reaver, hated Kain with a passion. Then I got more story and decided he was cool. The somewhere around SR2 and BO2 I decided he was my fave with Raz still there too. Tied I suppose.
This was a fluke, maybe because I had such an awesome ref is why the colors turned out so nice. I haven't been able to do that since o@

Yeah, the image was inspired by that. Not that exact one, the one I used came from an EM magazine that covered the Soul Reaver 2 hype and information.

I did something similar with Prismacolor Markers (it was 18X24... it was HELL) as a Pointilism Piece (the whole thing is tiny dots that blend to make this image).
It's so vibrant.. you did an AWESOME job on the ribbony muscles of Raziel's legs and the texture in his wings. ::applaud::

Wow man, the colors in here are amazing. Colored pencil, right? How oftn did you have to sharpen THOSE? *grins* I really like this, although mayhaps some of the proportions are a wee bit off. But it's not noticable, really. Even the red light coming from off-camera so to speak, is well-done.
