Description
Two week texturing assignment, texturing a muddy jacket and a leather pouch with metal details.
3D model provided by the school.
Textured in Substance painter, additional textures created in Substance Designer and rendered in Marmoset.
Again a really interesting assignment, learned a lot. Lot of trial and error, especially with the mud, struggled so much with it. The leather pouch is probably my favorite, surprisingly lot goes into texturing leather, lot of color breakup that at first seem redundant but really makes sense at the end.

Yeah it was one of my inspirations when it came to color and details, sorta like a Templar cloak look.

For a moment I thought it was a really well-made piece of a costume. Great job! It's really well done and doesn't look digital even though I know it's a digital rendering now!
