Description
This took at least 14 hours to make. The first layer of blue in the background took 2 hours. But it was well worth it. I love how it came out. It's so bright and GIRLY. I hope you like it too. I love her look a lot, so I think I want to make her an OC and draw her again. I just have to work out a name and personality.
