I don't mind feet from western productions as long the feet are well done, but more important, that they are drawn with 5 toes.
These from Harley are fine.

It's rare though. As many cartoons don't even bother drawing characters barefoot, many characters have less than five toes/stylized in a way that they wouldn't even be attractive even with the five toes, and they just see feet as unimportant and difficult to draw. (In fact, characters can go an entire series in one set of clothes without variation.) Also, the feet are so rarely depicted in an attractive manner because as you may know, most cartoons in the west (US) are aimed at children and children's media tends to depict feet as an ugly, dirty, and smelly part of the body. And kids don't need to learn about attractions to anything anyway.
