Last night, as insomnia stopped me from sleeping, I grabbed my sketchbook, flipped open a blank page and said to myself-

"I'm going to draw all the things I like until I feel sleepy."

This is the result.

First thought and top of the page was PORTAL. I am in love with the Portal game series all over again after playing through Portal 2. I Wheatley! Tala is up there expressing my adoration by cuddling a mini Wheatley while perching on a Weighted Companion Cube.

Also a Turret. Because they are awesome.

And if you haven't played Portal yet...DO IT!!

Next we have a chibi Wizardmon looking adorably cute and bashful. The little face in the top corner above him is a Digimon OC I'm working on, there is a closer view of her face further down the page.

Then Malcho and Tala being cute together.

And then...huh! How did he get there? *LevimHoshi ! Control your characters! Your Gangster has invaded my doodles! XD

Next Mami from Puella Magi Madoka Magica, because I love her hair and her character. And my two other main OC's, Mia and Ashley, wanting to make sure my watchers don't forget them!

Then we have my Heartcatch OC Cure Dawn, a close up of my Digimon OC's face (her name is Chloe, in case you were wondering), a doodle of a butterfly design, and Mia wearing a variation of Riley/Sir Aarons hat!

Last but not least some concept doodles of Tala using a bow and arrow. Ever since I saw Madoka from Puella Magi Madoka Magica using her energy bow...well I've been toying with the idea of Tala using something similar. She wants to be a knight, so a sword would seem obvious but...well, swords just really don't suit her. There are various reasons, but the main one is that she simply doesn't have the physical strength the use that kind of weapon. I could see her struggling to lift it of the ground, let alone fight with it!

A bow on the other hand...well, it seems more like something she'd use. Plus Malcho would approve of a long-distance weapon that stops her being in the thick of things XD

So yes, imagine that the string and arrows are made of golden energy and only the actual bow is solid. She could fire ice arrows, water arrows, fire arrows, the skys the limit!

So yes, my doodles, now you know what my sketchbook looks like!
