His name is pronounced Sai-Ween Neem-el (sorry, I don't know how to transliterate >_<)
He was kinda tremendous as a child, something that made him stand out among all his peers. Constantly causing troubles to everyone, he ultimately ran away from the elven homeland when he was no more than a teenager (20-30 years old for the elves) and started a life of expedients...
He got the nickname "Windrider" during the wars in the Westland, the people of the desert started calling him like that because of his incredible swiftness (more info are also here [link] )
he changes his underwear around 1-2 times in a week, also depending on situations (if he can't wash himself for some reason he will keep it more days I suppose XD)
He mostly uses the money he earns with his hireling work to live. He spends a lot because he hardly have a baggage and he's constantly paying for horses, rooms, weapons, clothes... tobacco, drugs and prostitutes u_ù... Drugs and tobacco are highly expensive too...
He never thought about living in another way and if he did it was for a very short time, so he will probably die as a hireling... but who knows >_>...
When I created him some years ago he was slightly inspired by a rp character of a friend of mine (just as Rhistel, who was my character in that rp)... but he changed immediately and he became soon something quite different, so I would say he's not inspired by something anymore XD
His birthday is in February, the 11, so if he had a zodiacal sign it would be Acquarius
There are a lot of songs that suits him sooo much, but the best one is "Loyal to No One" by Dropkick Murphys, you can listen it here [link]
his favourite color (as the colour he wears the most) is brown, he also enjoys other dark-low saturated colours. if it's not involving clothes, he doesn't have any other particular preference XD
His prices change basing on what people want him to do... he never works for less than a silver piece though (which I can't convert in any other currency :°D)
He seems not able to use any kind of magic, even though he has a strong empathy with animals: he can communicate with them and give them every kind of order, even without talking. Too bad he doesn't like animals at all, and uses this ability just to ensure a good efficiency from his horses u__ù
His empathy works with every kind of animals, may they be cats or lions, wolves or elephants, as long as they have a minimum intelligence rating they can be influenced by him... only, it doesn't work on magical beasts, like dragons (that are not considered animals)
He makes large uses of a drug that is quite similar to our hashish (but slightly stronger), mostly to control his sleep, wound pain, headaches and tense nerves. He usually smokes it or even eats it. He doesn't consider himself addicted, though...
Minimum wage correspond to quite simple tasks, as could be his only presence in a place that doesn't involve travelling or also "women entertaining"... depending on the type of entertainment, of course
He has a lot of sons all around the world, but he's aware only about two of them (he even made them with the same woman)

He always accomplishes the tasks he's paid for, mostly because he never accept works he's not sure to be able to do
He doesn't have any friend, nor someone he trusts in (not even slightly). He buys loyalty from time to time, when needs something (like privacy from innkeepers and such) but not even money makes him sure about other people
Alchool makes him extremely violent and easily annoyed (even more easily than usual). He doesn't like it, so he rarely gets drunk.
He is kinda unhappy about his life in general, he doesn't even enjoy what he does anymore, but his reputation doesn't allow him to do otherwise... not to mention that he probably doesn't have enough motivation to change anything...
His weapons of choice are double-edged swords
He's not motivated by money, not anymore. Maybe when he was young, but right now he only works because it's the only thing he thinks he can do. Let's say he isn't motivated by anything at all...
He doesn't have any moral problem. The only reasons for him to refuse a work could be something he doesn't want to do for personal reasons... high risk/low chances of success, personal tastes etc. (For example, he refused sexual performances to a nobleman, even if he was going to pay him a lot for it)
He usually keeps his cool, because he doesn't like indulging in his bad attitude, but while he won't react to a first unmotivated insult, he will surely act violently if the offence keeps going. Also, he's not the one who's used to start fights, so usually in a quarrel he's the one answering back... but talking about his behaviour with Elyon, this doesn't apply... he deliberately mistreat her because he wants her to be upset and react to his provocation, so he mostly enjoy all her reactions...
Rhistel hired him as a bodyguard, but he's really not happy about the whole "working for an half-shadow elf" thing, not to mention that the boy hired him *full time*... anyway, the offer Rhistel made him was too good to be refused, and in the end he accepted... too bad he just keeps being a pain as much as he can (especially with Elyon) for a strange sort of "revenge" against the half-elf, since they don't even get along so well..
He doesn't have any hidden motive or secret goal to reach in his life, he just live day after day, trying to... survive himself, I suppose...
He never fell in love. It's not like doesn't have feelings or something, he just.. thinks that affection or love are weak spots, and that's why he's constantly avoiding any kind of relationship, be it friendship or something more
He's extremely racist, mostly against his very own race (elves), but at the same time he can't stand if someone picks on him for his racial heritage, I suppose because he dislikes elves so much he just doesn't want to be treated like them.... he also have no sympathy for other races like shadow elves, but feels very comfortable living with humans, even though he doesn't think of himself as one of them
He doesn't have any regret, mostly because he never thinks about things done in the past... but I'm sure that if he would do it he wouldn't find anything to regret..
If one of his bastard sons should ever try to reach him in order to kill him for something like "you cheated on my mother", "you are a bastard", "I hate you for my halfblood" he would most probably kill him without even answering to his words. He's not the kind of guy who disregards a potential threat
About the elves, he hates almost everything. He can't stand his fellow's pace of life, their way to take decisions (or the very fact that the usually don't take decisions at all), the fact that they keeps living in their forests acting like the other world doesn't exist... It's like they're too slow for him, even though he should be just like them... this is also the reason that made him leave his homeland when he was a young..
He is hardly happy. Ok, he's never happy actually, and I just can't think of something that could make him smile of a genuine happy smile... seriously...
Relationship with the other characters he interacts with in Animae:
Rhistel - They don't go along very well... Sywyn just hates the way the boy orders him around and he would gladly beat the hell out of him; Rhistel, in the other hand, hired Sywyn only for his services, so he hardly talks to him when he doesn't have any task for him, but when he does, his arrogance totally piss the elf off.
Catalessi - Sywyn mostly ignores him, and the half dragon ignores him back, even though he really can't stand how the hireling acts with Elyon
Thadras - The dragon is constantly trying to start a fight with him. He wants to see how strong the famous Windrider is, and would gladly chop the elf's head off just for the fun of proving that he's not that much... Too bad Sywyn knows very well he can't stand a chance against a dragon like Thadras, so he always ignore his provocation
Balefar/Messirama - Sywyn has nothing to do with both of them
He never had any important figure in his life, be it mentor, friend or parent...
He's 5,9 feet tall
He doesn't have any sexual perversion
He doesn't have any particular preferences about a woman appearance (except good look?), but he'd most probably look for women who know when it's time to shut up and that keep the right distance from him (he doesn't like excessive confidence in his partners)... anything else is kinda superfluous since he spend not more than few hours with them...
When talking with other people he always tends to be extremely polite; he never swears or use any kind of vulgar language in any case, and even if insulted he will rarely lower himself at his interlocutor's level, preferring a good amount of sharp sarcasm or a single sword cut. On a side note, his being so polite is immediately recognizable as a "cover"... he doesn't care a bit about the people he talks to, therefore, he doesn't spend any time trying to relate with them in different way. He's just polite.
If he was to play an instrument, I'm sure he would like to learn how to play what would seem our conga drum, since he likes tribal sounds very much
he wouldn't be very impressed by seeing a half-elf, and he probably wouldn't care a bit about the halfblood issue... unless he finds this person annoying for some reasons, in that case he would probably use the halfblood thing as a disparaging to show his irritation
He rarely play games, because they would imply dealing with people and he often avoids such occasions.. but he was used to play games such dices and cards while he was with the nomadic tribes of the Westlands desert
