I'm still disappointed that they didn't have the Castle of the Two Sisters become Twilight's castle much like fans wanted. Talk about a missed opportunity.

I think the castle is better for Twilight. Now ponies will take her as a serious princess. Before everypony was like "HA! She's a princess and she lives in a tree full of books!". But now everyponies like "Hole Celestia, she has a castle she's legit!"

Who gives a damn where she lives? She never had any situation where being a Princess mattered in the first place, so no-one had any reason to take her seriously at all. Besides, outside of govt. business being a Princess is no different than being a librarian.

Anybody think Ponyville was a wrong choice for a Castle? Ponyville itself it meant to be like a country town and putting a giant castle in the center of it just seems off.

Yeah, I think I giant crystal castle is just a little unstylistic for the town. But it's great for tourism!

I really liked the kingdom better than the old library cause it was very comfortable for Twilight Sparkle and her friends and 7 rainbow thrones for the mane 6 and Spike that they would sit there and talk about missions, maybe? Even people hate this new kingdom I still love. Don't even comment if you hate this new kingdom palace

There have been plenty of people who prefer the library and dislike the new castle, but only a few outright hate it. But that's their choice and everyone should have freedom of speech

I just realized that there are white bead chains missing. They have five colors from the mane 6, in power pony rainbow order, but white for Rarity is missing.

I guess Miss Mayor will retire next season since Twilight unintentionally became the new figure head of Ponyville. The Castle would have be better suited to replace the Castle of the Two Sisters for a location. Ponyville isn't the place for a Castle.

Why do people keep calling this a castle? Actually it fits quite well in Ponyville, since it's a bit small for a castle, but if you'd want to call it one, then this would be the perfect size for a town like Ponyville. It's somewhere between a mansion and a guard tower.

When you put it into persepctive, it is ~250 feet tall. So I'd say it's way bigger than a guard tower

I don't have a problem with them giving her this castle in general, but it does seem ridiculous to have a castle that size for only 2 inhabitants, Twilight and Spike (well, and the owl with the impossible to spell name)

While the castle does look like it'll be for hosting a bunch of people, it is 61 ponies high from base to tip. If you say that a pony is a little more than 4 feet tall from hoof to head (when its Twilight), you're talking a building a bit over 250 feet high.

This castle is so underrated because people are obsessed over libraries nowadays.
First they start drama about Twilicorn, then they start drama about Equestria Girls and now they start drama about how the Tree was destroyed and it was replaced by a castle treehouse?
This is Pony Drama all over again.
