Heya! This is The Abyss from fimfiction.net.
When I saw this picture here, I was moved. In the past few months, I've found it hard to find art to inspire me to write, and when I found this little perfect gem, I just stared at it as the cogs in my head began to break the dusty cobwebs. As those wheels began to turn, I found myself admiring this picture, sympathizing with Luna and Celestia. And then I felt that ever-elusive spark of creativity, and pounded out a short story based on this picture.

I did actually link back to your picture. If you put your mouse cursor over the cover art, you'll see a little Source button pop up in the bottom right hand corner of the picture. If you click that, it brings you back to this picture, giving you the credit you deserve. I can't draw for shit! Haha, I can't even do stick figures that well; that's why I like to write instead. Being able to put as much emotion into the picture as you did astounded me, so I did my best to bring that picture to life and give it the attention that it deserves.
As you can see, the story has almost 1.7k views at the time of this message. It was also featured on the front page of fimfiction for a few days, so countless more saw how awesome this picture was, even if it was in passing. Furthermore, the story got featured on Equestria Daily, which is extremely hard to do so, as they are very picky with the stories that they put up on there. Trust me, I know how hard it is; I tried so many times in the past few years, but only when I had over 3k followers was I able to finally get one of my stories on there. The story I wrote about this picture was the second story of mine that got featured on Equestria Daily, by the way, and when it did, countless more people saw your picture. ^^

Amazing, both the concept and the image itself. The sentimentalism is perfect, CelestiaΒ΄s reaction as well as Luna are... indescribable. The shading is great, as well as the coloring. Bravo!
