Description I made a thing! I figured out an easy way to make a puffy paw pattern since I am not too well versed in making a 3D pattern from a 2D image lol. So I carved the fingers to get the shape I want, along with the paw pad and lower shape I wanted. I've never made a tutorial before so I hope this is somewhat easy to understand! Feel free to ask if you have any questions!Ā

Haha, it took a bit of figuring out before the lightbulb went off. Originally I did the bottom pattern on foam and glued the finger bits on there before taping. But the pattern ended up way to big and it was really hard to sew between the fingers. But this way made it way easier!

Aww I'm glad to hear that! Your's were one of the first pairs I made, so I'm glad they are still holding up well! Ā

I see, well if you wanted to make another fitted pair like those its not too hard! I just do a hand tracing with my fingers spread out as far as I can, then I draw around the tracing about 1/2cm to 1cm around to give a little extra room for going around the fingers when you sew the two pieces together! Can be tricky to sew since you have to tuck the fur in such small spots at the finger tips but it works decently well for making fitted paws! Also gotta make sure to not taper the wrist too much or you won't get your hand in. Matrices hand paw tutorial has a decent pattern to start! You can always take it in if its too big too.
