More about the Character:

I decided to name her Ciel, which means sky, sun, etc.

Her tool is her magical fire feathers attached to her staff which are decorated with beautiful ribbons.

Her symbol is a circle with three connected circles

And her talisman is worn on her head

1. Do you have a backstory when you create an original character?

Yes!

Her name is Ciel. She loves Egyptian culture, and she wields a fire feather staff (the feathers are from a very special magical bird which it's feathers never burn)
She loves to travel, and she is actually persistent in pursuing the concept of going back and seeing ancient Egypt. She goes around and performs for many different
officials who are in power such as Kings and Queens. Her ribbons are purely decorative, but they also are made from the careful looming process of the same feathers.

2. How do you think you would handle a meteoric rise to fame?

I would feel as though it would be my duty to do the best I can do put on the best show possible. It is of course, the reason I most likely rose to fame. In my eyes, a
leader serves instead of looks to be served.

3. What are your favorite tools to use in the creative process?

My favorite tools in this project was my ability to go out of my comfort zone and try something new. I love being able to use new techniques and methods to be able to
create something I never had before! It brings me such excitement and pride in my work when I look at this piece, because I know that I struggled, but I was still able to
refine my technical skill to come up with a very effective concept.

Regardless whether I win or not, this was such an exciting project to participate in. Thank you so much for the opportunity! It was a great learning experience, and very exciting to see all the different creative concepts everyone came up with!
