My entry for the #damousedraw challenge!!

I have to admit, this is one of the hardest challenges I have ever done. I have not drawn with a mouse in AGES!!! And I am also LEFT HANDED!! My mouse is on my right side. I had to use lots of blend modes, basic shapes, textured brushes, blend modes and blurs to make this project work. Honestly, I am quite proud of what I made. When I looked at the #damousedraw tag and saw all the beautiful artworks people were able to make with their mouse, I have to be honest, I was quite overwhelmed coming into this challenge, but that excited me to try my best and even harder!!!

I was also able to record the entire process and I will be uploading a video to youtube for it! I have not posted a youtube video in quite sometime, and I think this is the perfect video to return

Coran started creating digital art with a mouse; what tools did you use when you first started making art?

My first tools when making art was actually small watercolor sets my sister sacrificed her school lunch money for to buy for me when I was only a child. It was such a sweet gesture and she still supports my artwork to this day.

What's your favorite part of your workspace? What do you wish you had in your space?

I love how messy it is sometimes, I know that is usually a downside, and it certainly can be. But when I am cleaning things up after a messy project, I love discovering and imagining what other projects I can create when looking at all the materials and artwork sitting around. It is super inspiring!

I wish I had a wacom one to complete my digital art set up

 What helps you feel confident?

I feel confident when I have a vision for my artistic pieces and I am able to carry out the projects to the end. I love taking pictures of my progress and seeing how much I have learned from the past, it really motivates me to spend more time and to refine my skills even more after each project! (tldr; seeing improvement in my work!)
