Yeah... at my job this would actually be taken pretty well. Mostly because these are the excuses I've heard in my past year of working there: It's snowing, it's raining, there is a patch of ice outside my door, I'm allergic to the cold, my allergies act up in the spring, and my personal favorite - there's a spider by the door.
I'm serious.

Alot of times, my mom has to call my school to tell them I'm sick (I got health and sleep problems.) I'm suprised we haven't used this excuse yet. XD
