Edit// Someone (AkzdubzkA I believe) requested this as a print (a big compliment, thanks very much! ) I uploaded a much higher res so the print will look nice in 10"x10" if you want it that big. Hit download for the 1.7k x 1.7k pixels original file. (I also put in that missing parenthesis...)

Some theories on the Anti-Gravitatory Catoast engine.

Based off of the Uncyclopedia article: uncyclopedia.org/wiki/Murphy%2…
(Anti-gravity equations and text below is from the article. Schematics, infinate force engine equations done by myself.)

Murphy's Law, Finagle's corollary:

"If something can go wrong, it will,

so if you throw a slice of toast with butter into the air, it will always fall with the buttered side down."

Cats Conservation Law:

"A cat will always land on its feet."

So, what would happen if we stick a slice of toast with butter to a cat's back and we throw it to the air? The cat, by law, will land on its feet, but the toast, (by law too) will land on the butter's side. Against this problem of physics laws, the nature chooses the best (and laziest, I think) way of taking a solution: the cat may just not fall.

Thank you for gracing my modest deviation with it.

So THAT'S why cats don't like toast.

Though, are you sure the cat turns into a wormhole and not, say, a klein bottle?

Regardless, I'm always up for physics jokes, and this is a great presentation of one. Very cutely drawn.

F cannot = F squared

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 2

illogictree In reply to TheJamHobo [2009-07-17 17:13:25 +0000 UTC]

Technically, F squared = F x F.

Therefore, it's true if F = 0 or F = 1, as

F squared = F x F = 0 x 0 = 0 = F
F squared = F x F = 1 x 1 = 1 = F

I'm a little iffy on the mathematics of infinity, but I'm pretty sure it can be proved that N x infinity = infinity. Therefore, if N = infinity, we have

infinity x infinity = infinity squared = infinity

So there ARE certain cases where it is correct, as in the equation.

However, SergeantBiscuits' answer is funnier.
