Description Inspired by ‘s template, but with a 50’s era twist!

My Style:
I study animals regularly and am currently developing this new ewe character, hence I drew her as a wee lamb. I guess I liked the expression I gave her a little too much !

Traditional Chinese Paintwork:
Bit of a vague description, sort of like calling a specific breed of dog a ‘breed of dog.’ Whilst yes, it’s true, not exactly helpful on figuring out what breed . But I mean that it is inspired by several different styles of traditional Chinese paintings, and was also my first watercolour that I am proud of; hadn’t ever properly tried watercolours before now. Although, saying that, I am aware that the Chinese artists of old did not use the same paint I did, however it was the closest I could get without purchasing new materials.

Ringing Bell (1978):
Ah, finally, in an anime style! I’m not a fan of most anime, but this gets a pass. Literally translated from the original Japanese title ‘Chirin no Suzo,’ Chirin’s Bell is an emotional film adaptation of a book of the same name. It is labelled as a family film, and whilst I agree, prepare for a mature tone; it gets a bit upsetting .

Animal Farm (1954):
Every British citizen that attended High school will know this one. Another book-to-film adaptation, Animal Farm is one of those ‘grey area’ films, like Watership Down (1978), when it comes to its audience. Some say it’s an adult film, others say young teens, either way you probably had to watch/read it in High school so I’ll just say ‘for teens.’

If you’d like to use my version of Omenaapple’s  template, feel free to do so! It makes for good consistency practise for single characters. Please remember to credit both me and Omena though, preferably with links!
