LOL, no worries Maureen. I don't even remember leaving you a link for this specific work. We are either too busy or getting old...let's say the former

Thank you very much dear friend! It took some work. The day before rendering, was stupidly gazing at MB3D's screen like a teenager in love.

a most lovely render, it speaks of sanity and fidelityΒ which I'm in short supply of. Thank you!

Thanks. I used the word in a broad sense, so not the best choice. I've been rattled lately and would enjoy a big helping of peace and quiet .

VW! In a broad sense too, quite the same this side. My artistic output has dropped drastically and got very picky at the same time...not a good combo!

Thank you so much for the great comment!
It was great to see some of the spheres and pipes that would have otherwise been hidden...and some tree branches which came in the map as a bonus

I forgot to say (I seem to most of the time forget to tell the non-tech stuff... ) that most of all I love your render because there is a very complex simplicity to it, a suggestion of slow and unstoppable movement (not necessarily in one direction/maybe even dimension only ). And on a more basic level: I opened this page and went: Ohhhwww (how beautiful!!!)
So, very welcome, Sergio!

SergioKodemo In reply to Sabine62 [2015-05-29 23:53:57 +0000 UTC]
Perhaps because I want something simple which gets complex, and the other way round Now seriously, I very much appreciate your feedback. Few artists take the time to give their overall impressions. Quite soon, found out that I'm not good at tweaking parameters made by someone else, just can't put my soul in them.
Basically returned to my original way of creating, fresh and spontaneous, no matter if I have to re-invent the wheel over and over
Thanks for your kind words, I treasure them!
Have a great weekend Sabine!

I perfectly understand the tweaking issue! That's why I only incidentally tweak. I have some really astonishing parameters here from Jorge, and honestly, I can't get anything out of them I really like... The pongs I am in sometimes give me headaches :} But on the other hand, they take me out of my comfort zone, which can be a good thing when I am in a rut. Oh well..
Have a good weekend too, Sergio!

It's not easy to tweak something you feel is already perfect as it is, or close to it. You must get something really different to be happy. I mainly try some formula combos and work without being conditioned by a parameter.
What I treasured the most, were your tutorials and tips. Never a render I'm not satisfied with since then!
