If you're serious about this, I'd recommend a better seasoning. For an American male, I recommend a good rub. What you'll need is some brown sugar, paprika, freshly ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, and ground mustard. If you want to add a little flair, try some cumin and nutmeg. For the truly daring, try some curry powder for an "East meets West" taste.
