Personally i believe that the key in making a succesfull shot of this kind is the look in your eyes ...
for me i dont see the reflection of desire sparkling in your eye ... burning like a flame ... specially since your right eye is hidden in the dark ...
The smile you are putting on your face are a little shy ...
Open up and dont hesitate ... it is about capturing a moment so dont let any thing distract you

It's not only desire that woman have in their eyes... But it's true that you don't see it in her eyes, the desire I mean... As long as 80% of men are thinking that, I'm fine... The other 20%, I like to convince them in person....

posing and composition are good, I would increase a little bit the contrast and maybe more light on her face...

yes... something to fix can be:
a better black and white conversion
a better light and shadow (the front illumination created a bad shadow on my opinion)
too dark (especially on the face)
a better framing.. so that u can show the hand without cut it
this pose made the model looking fat (see the double belly)
anyways...one of the biggest problem in this pic i think it's the shadow and the hand crop)
