Its a little east of Portland, theres all kinds of signs and stuff if you are looking to go, its got its own exit, serious tourist trap but there is a reason for that, its simply beautiful

Alright I think I might have been near there before because I know i've been to Portland, its it kind of by Jones Creek or near Tilamook?

Its a bit east of portland actually. You can see the columbia river from the peak of the falls.
