Wanted to do Rise!Raph next since he's the first turtle I developed into the Serpyverse! Like 2012!Leo and the Mutant Mayhem Turtles, Rise!Raph hangs out in Neo Edo. He gets along well with True Blue, especially Darma!
His outfit has some Cyberpunk Edgerunners vibes.
