This was a poster I made for my Civics Class. It was for my Take Action project, a project where I got to choose a topic very close to my heart and do something about it. I made a poster depicting the real contents of shark fin soup.

I cropped the fins from one picture and dumped them into a bowl of shark fin soup much like how the shark finners cut off the fins of sharks, dump their body into the ocean to slowly drown to death or get eaten by other fish. They then dumped the fins into a bowl of chicken or beef soup to add texture to the soup.

And don't let them fool you when they say it's tradition and part of their heritage cause I know it's not. It was only recently that shark fin soup became popular and available to people. Before only the most elite could afford the "delicacy", and by elite I mean near royalty.

In a nutchell, don't buy shark fin soup or any products made from sharks. Without sharks, our oceans would no doubt wither, and then we would wither and die.
