Personality: He is shy like Fluttershy but not as bad, he loves to read books like Twilight. He makes friends but not that well. Every thing has to be perfect. He is kind and loving.
Back Story: Shooting Star was a really quiet foal and studied every single day to get better at getting every thing done on time he can use magic better then he can with flying and he really doesn't like to fly because he is afraid of heights. Twilight and Flutters pushed him to get out of the house more and make friends rather then staying inside and studying so much. So one day Princess Crystal Sky came to visit her mother Princess Celestia and was being picked on little and was about to beat the crap out of the ponies that were making fun of her when the normally shy stallion. Shooting Star came to help her out the other ponies left because they really didn't want twilight talking to their parents and they walked away. Shooting star turned to see if Crystal Sky was ok, she gave him a kiss on the cheek to say thank you for helping me.
Cutiemark and what it means: A star and a book. He is a star at reading books but not just any books but ancient languages and other books.

Dislikes: He hates having thing being late or being late himself, not a big fan of messes but will make them some times not all the time.

Ailments and Mental Notes: He has really bad OCD with keeping every thing in order, but will make a mess if he has to but puts every thing right back were he found it and how it was placed, with him reading books a lot he really doesn't get out that much. He is much worst then Twilight when it comes to studding and can stress out about any thing that he does not like or if he doesn't get his work done when he wants it done. With him being a little shy it can be a problem from him to make friends as well as he would like to. He hates being shy and wants to get over it and make friends. He does have more flaws with his OCD and shyness he is trying little by little to get over be shy. His OCD that is another story that is really bad and is focused on fixing his shyness that he OCDs it and has a panic attack over it.
