;_; sorry if this is short and doesn't seem very good oc development but I didn't have much time to tell much about Sliver Wind but this is what I have and I hope you like it

Personality: He always has a cold look on his face like he doesn't smile all that much, when really he is so sweet and loving, very quiet but not shy, is a goof listener, he is nothing but a big teddy bear, will do any thing for a mate, loves playing doctor, taking care of any pony or thing that is hurt

Likes: Loves hot chocolate, tea, more then any thing hot cider,wearing scarfs, listening to make up stories, listens to music, plays the guitar, will try and read books but not that much, likes his job as a drill sergeant

Dislikes: Being teased about his really big wings, seeing others being rude to others.

Little story about how they might meet: Sliver Wind was getting off of work and is on his way home when when he sees a group of ponies were picking on a blue ice dragon pony. Quickly thinking Silver jumped in to save Windchill but kicking the other stallions butt and getting a few bumps and bruises but is able to fight them off. looking at the stallion he saved, just seeing this stallion he feel for him. Hello my name is Sliver Wind come I will take you back to my place and get you fixed up Windchill replied thank you for the help and my name is Windchill. It's nice to meet you come; the two slowly walked back to Silver Wind's house and slowly get to know each other as Sliver takes of Windchill and as they got to know each other they soon realized that they liked each other
