Description
Made for a resolution of 1152x864"Spider in a Box" a Script/kit/theme for BBLean.
Please see the readme included in the zip file for instalation instructions.
This needs tcl4bb-1.2.0 [Not included]
Style based on the wallpaper [Included] " SPIDER" by " pixelbudah", with permission of the author.
*3dc and a Columns UI config for Foobar2000 included

BBSlideShow in some Operating Systems, like WinXP SP2 it could not work. Download the new BBSlideShow-0.0.6 [link] and the FreeImage.dll [link] and do the changes for your self.

I have read many readme's, tried messing around with a lot of stuff, but I'm still not able to set this up to work properly. Has anybody written a detailed guide to get it running. The readme's in the rar are a bit vague.

Okay, nevermind on my last question. I hadn't read one of the readmes that explained better. But now I'm getting an error that "writevar is an invalid command" for some of the buttons I press. Any help?

Don't write in both, only one should have tcl-bb::*var

In the *About Style* frame, most of the buttons return errors, mostly "Could not open C:\Blackbox\. No such file or directory", or "Could not open "" no such file or directory".

I know too about this problem. As nobody said nothing I stay with my mouth closed.
I have all my styles in another folder: C:/Blackbox/styles
My folder where Blackbox.exe is: C:/BBLean
tcl4bb don`t go well with relative folders and BBMediator too. If you don`t want don`t use this AboutStyle thing. Or move all your styles to another folder not the styles folder you have inside of your BB instalation and edit the SpiderInABox.tcl to point to where you moved.
There is something in SIAB.tcl that say "proc RandomStyle {}..." and then comes a serie of paths "C:/Blackbox/..." this is where you have to edit to point to your folder of styles. Maybe we should create a thread on the DeviantArt Forums for discuss BB, if it doesn`t exists already.
As everybody said I do this setup for me but want to share.

put this in the begining of your SpiderInABox.tcl or tcl4bb.tcl, after namespace import ->
tcl-bb::*var , then do a restart of BBLean
See if with this works.

yup.. BBInterface.dll 0.9.62..
nwayzz.. i snatched the Parabot BBInterface..replaced the "spiderinabox.dll" ..hellyeah its loaded now!!
ps: its annoying for people with lower screenresoluties: 1024x768 etc though..most of the stuff u cant see..the only fix i always use is display properties,raise the resolution,drag/drop stuff to middle..reset resolution to 1024x768...would be nice if u could fix this somehow..for example if one start the script first time..he gets option to set resolution?

I was noticed that the problem with WinXP SP2 is in the BBSlideShow, and the new BBSlideShow-0.0.6 [link] will fix this, I didn`t updated the Interface Spider In A Box yet, but soon... If someone is having problems with BBSlideShow [link] unload "Spider In A Box" and please replace it in its folder.

awsome style..to bad i can't try it out using BBLean 1.16-XP Pro SP2
all im getting while trying to load "SpiderInABox.dll" r these 2 errors:
error: plugins\SpiderInABox\SpiderInABox.dll
This plugin cannot be loaded. Possible reasons:
The plugin is incompactible whit this windows version ( XP Pro SP2)
The plugin is incompactible with this blackbox version ( BBLean 1.16)
the other one:
plugin SiderInABox.dll produces a protection,validation failure? contact the author of the plugin
^^ this one crashes bblean!

Try this: Do you have another BBInterface in your plugins folder? If you have my BBInterface Parabot, for example, you can get it by download here [link] , then do this: get Parabot.dll, copy to your SpiderInABox folder, delete SpiderInABox.dll and rename Parabot.dll to SpiderInAbox.dll. I didn`t try the new BBInterface-0.9.71 [link] , I other people relating this same problem in Win2000 didn`t know about this problem in WinXP, all I know is that now BBInterface needs gdi+ to work, and WinXP already have it.

ok i am wondering if someone cal help me on this... i downloaded this script/kit/theme, whatever you want to call it, and I cant install it. I know i need tcl4bb-1.2.0 ; where can i find this? i have no idea what to really do here, i am completely new to all of this. my question basically is
1. where can i find tcl4bb-1.2.0?
2. once i install it, what do i just follow the instructions in your readme?
3. anything else i need to know?

Is no a problem with BB is a general problem in the computer, from where I access internet.
But I still have a lot of walls, the problem will be not perceptible.
