February 2nd is pigtail day in japan, but i missed it, so here's what i had planned at the startof the month
I got the idea for drawing this when i saw fanart of some anime girl that looked JUST like penny, and had this
hairstyle, but i had no idea where she was from so i can't tell you guys much more
Also i forgot to add penny's freckles AGAIN so i had to add them post production
