Description
I needed a more unigue villian for Monk other then Slasher. But couldn't think of anything until now.
Meet Diox. The above are just Early concepts for the character. And I'll be moving it to my Scrap gallery soon.

Here's the story that leads up to Diox:

In the year 1849, Humans made first contact with beings from another world through their visit to Earth. But this visit was not a happy one. The beings came to warn us about a incoming threat to our galaxy. To help prevent the humans from disbelieving the story, the aliens frought proof.
82 humans were lead into the aliens' (invisable) ship to see this threat and to assure that Earth got prepared. Inside the ship, the humans were lead through halls and walls to a large labretory with another jointed room to it visible by an plasma shield. In the room were members of the Alien race along with six other alien races. From a distance, they all looked and acted normal. but as the humans approuched, they noticed a terrifiing fact. Every last alien was in fact dead. If they were not missing limbs, then there were holes and missing flesh scattered across their bodies. Each alien had pure glowing white eyes and a relitively large red sphere lodged in them somewhere. These dreatures were in fact the Living Dead (LD). But they acted like there was nothing wrong and continued to show most of thier inteligince about thier race.
The Alien visitors explained to the humans that a puncontrolable plague of sorts have been infecting those race's galaxys and bring the dead to life. The only knowledge they seem to have is their techknowlogy, race's history, and relitively everything but where tey acturally came from and who they each are. This little info and proved to become a blessing. The LD would continue to live their normal lives without food for exactly the same number of hours they lived the first time. After that, the Red Sphere would dime and die, taking the life of the LD and finally freing the soul.
The Visitors promoted to the humans to keep a sharp eye out for stories of Walking Dead. They are then to catch and blindfold the LD and contact the visitors immidiately through a sucured transmitor. A alien race of some sort would then arrive in the transmitor's general area within 24 hours and collect the LD. They wil then be taken stelhtly to a large remote planet and dropped off to continue their life with LDs from other invected planets.
The planet is located in Deep space and surounded with 6 powerful energy shileds. The shields prevent anyone from entering or exiting with sucured permition from the Galatic Living Dead Counsel (G.L.D.C.). the G.L.D.C. house 12.8 billion gaurds and 94 billion imbassidors. It is also a marvelous structure sourrunding the planet's Outer Energy Shield.
For the protection of Each planet, the information regaurding the LD plegue is to remain a Very secured secret. The LD have been named the "Dead Covenant."

Over the years, MANY LDs from MANY different planets (including Earth) have been taken to the "Dead Covenant" planet. Each carring with them the powerful knowledge in technology from their Homeworld. The LD's technogoy was never monitored simply because no one was smart enough to bother with it. With each visit to the planet, their techknowogy was seen first had but not thought to be a threat.
The LDs' techknowogy increased to the point that they managed to penitrate the Energy shields with powerful radio waves and interspt the G.L.D.c.'s transmissions and video feeds. From that, a group of LD scientist learned the truth and sort out to escape the planet.
Diox was one of those scientist. After nearly his intire crew died tring to escape, his anger and detemination grew. He somehow managed to not only bypass the shields, but also the entire G.L.D.C. structure with his crew. That's where they split into 3 groups. one group sort for their home worlds. Another decided to travel Space. And the third (led by Diox) sort revenge.
Diox's crew now travels from planet to planet making mischif and recuting new LDs into thier group.
