Finally! For two weeks I was going crazy trying to figure out this piece.At first I was going to do a big collaboration but it was too crowded. Then I was going to do Vader vs Luke but that wasn't going to well either so I went with the simple one piece Darth Vader!
This piece is in full charcoal and Darth Vader is (c)LucasFilm.

very well done. as a fellow artist i can just bow to you for having done a charcoal piece and not end up with a smudged mess like i do, lol. it really does make vader look intimidating and awesome like he should A+

Thanks!! Charcoal is really hard to work with but I like to use any smudge marks to my advantage by using it as shading.

yeah, if you can master it, it can look great, like this does, but i have yet to take enough time to get used to using it. i usually just stick to regular or sketching pencils, and sometimes sharpies
