Description
The first of my designs for a new outfit for Lady Gaga. There will most likely be more drawings when I get more ideas. This is for 's contest. I'm actually really excited for this contest because I'm actually working on going to college for costume/fashion design.

The idea for this design actually came to me in the shower. I was brainstorming trying to come up with an outfit for this contest and then I thought "TREE" BAM! It hit me like a ton of bricks...or a log I guess.

I looked at other fashion sketches to get an idea for the poses and I used a picture of Lady Gaga for facial reference. The rest of it is completely original.

This design means something to me, actually. I am a big fan of nature, and I think that this outfit shows how beautiful nature can be...especially on our lovely Lady Gaga.

The outfit would be made out of material that looks like wood, and the "foliage" part could be made out of real (or plastic) leaves or fabric made to look like it. I also made the makeup earthy tones to compliment this photo. She's wearing tights with designs made to replicate tree roots on them.
