Aww Spyro came out so adorable x3. He is so cute and very well made! Great Job!
I 'm curious though... Why did you use white fabric for his mohawk, belly and tail?? His mohawk and belly is supposed to be yellow while the tip on his tail is i believe orange. I don't want to sound picky or anything, but i wanted to point it out so you knew because if you wanted to make more of these to sell then it would be great if you got his colors correct

its yellow not white
the top of tail is yellow because I always frew him like that

Oh really sorry about that xD. When i looked at the Spyro on my computer it looks white. I guess my computer had a fail. But i do notice now that my computer screen can't read certain colors for some odd reason even though its only a year old.
No problem and that's sad that nobody is interested in buying them.I thought that maybe at least a few would be interested.

Technically, Yes you do. Especially if you make any form of money from it.
Some companies don't mind, but they do have the right to ask for any fan art to be taken down at their discretion.
The chances of them chasing it up are low, but it can happen.
Then again ,the rules on Fan Art are blurry, and some companies like it (Such as Fan Fiction) because it's pretty much free advertising and a positive fan community element.
Your best bet is creating a parody art piece and claiming Fair Use Rights.
In short, its a good idea to ask but they may say no, especially if said fan art is commercial.
If you do make fan art however, you should credit.

(Side Note : In some cases, companies have used fan art such as fan fiction for actual story ideas. In some cases, rarely though, the original creators of the fan art have not been notified/credited. Legally, the original creator has little defense (of course this depends on the situation and material)

u mean makeing dolls or something which is an fanart of game or so on? no you dont need, you should only say its an fan art and you dont own character or so on, look at ppl who makes for example plushies of some animation movies or series like lion king, hope I helped
