You wanted a critique. Well, here it goes. (Sorry i'm no premium so i can only give you a written one, and it will be very direct - sorry for that)
Location 4,5/5 - I love the view and the angle you chose.
Light setting 5/5 - perfect
Idea 2,5/5 - Well, it's one of these pictures. Really nice to look at, but nothing new.
Balance 4/5 - Almost. It's good, but there are still some problems for my eyes.
Technique 1/5 - YES, I have to break this down to you: Get a Tripod! If you used one: trash it and get a better one. Or at least put some extra weight on it to balance it. This shot is horribly shaking. And then you used too much sharpening and got halos around the leafs. This you can correct, but nothing will get the shaking out of the picture. You almost made a great picture, but you messed it up with complete basics. 
It really hurts me to give you a lousy 2/5, because when i saw the thumbnail of this picture i really wanted to add it to my favs, but if i look at it closer it makes me dizzy
