I just love this series of works. Years ago I used to use text in my work, taking relevant texts and pasting it into my work, painting over and around it so the key words can still be read, this makes me want to do it again! I love the simplicity of this, a joy to look at

It is fun finding these words to use in my work. I enjoy collage and am purposefully trying to find any reason to use it in my work.

Thank you! Also with the encaustics, you are not limited to the company's color palette. I made some colors using my pastels.
