Your paintings of trees are always so blank, and thats why they are so effective. When there is no surroundings, the minds eye starts to fill it out for you, and there's so many different kinds of backgrounds to think of. I would love to sit beneath that tree and just think and breathe.

Yes, that is one of the reasons why there is little to no background on these. I like for the tree to be anywhere, in any time period.
