as an animator, I have a slightly different perspective on both your bouncing ball and Flash. It's a little choppy, but not bad overall. And, I'm glad to see a little squash/stretch in there. It's really good, all things considered. 
...HOWEVER, Flash is evil! and next quarter I have the same class. I'm going to be so bored.

I am not so skilled, and decided at the end of that class, that I hate flash!!

I was thinking you could just replay the animation backwards, then forwards again.
