Alternate form to "Nice Guy"'s lady friend. Once again, the story will be posted when it's done, or a page is scan worthy or whatever mode I use. She will have more scars.... I like scars....Related content

I love the shading in this piece. What did you use? A normal standard pencil of some shade of graphite or did you use charcoal? I don't think you used charcoal because it isn't messy enough, aside from the darker lined verion of the female in the certain of the piece. I also like her character design and the toes are so much better then mine. I am still trying to improve those.

Thank you verry much for your compliments and for the observence of my picture! And of course taking time to comment. I used a machanical .5 pencil (my personal favorite) and toes get easier as you practice. I had to stare at my foot for a long time, and still can't quite manage...

*laughs* Yeah, I find when I stare at pieces of artwork long enough I tend to have artists revelations. It's pretty cool.
