I think it's not really possible cuz I just randomly found it by serfing through russian social network called Vkontakte and I don't remember that guy's name there. (I hope he would mind of getting a couple times bigger)

Ok, if you think so. That's my personal vision of that guy and nothing else. I make this giants just with a help of my eye and taste but not with anotomy books.
Actually, if we think more carefully, muscles ARE tumors cuz their growth is a result of microbreaches in muscle fibers which is repaired by your body and this makes them bigger - the pressure.

I'm sure if you used anatomy books, these things would be more pleasing to the eye.

Also, sadly enough, there are anatomy books about musculture of huge massive muscular men and I don't have a medical education. Still 58 people like it, so tastes differ!
