Ok so here is a Feedback :
It is very good, how you made the Shadowing. It is also very good, how you made the blood more in the backround through the unsharpening effect. It is also good, that you kept the dark and cold atmosphere through the dark and grey Walls behind Laughing Jack. Now to the Negative aspects : I only have two here.
First you should try to make his tears not so new. He didn't cry at that point, because he was clearly enjoying it. Eventhough he and Isaac had a nice and sad past he loved to torture him and get revenge, if you want to say it like that. So maybe next Time, try to make the Smile more in the Main point, since that is also what he is known for. My second aspect is only a small one, but also important. His Eyes. They were once blue and are now, since he lost his color, grey. So maybe next time try to make them grey or silver if you want an extra Effect on the Eyes or blue and even then only very lightly, if you want the Emotions of him in the Mainlook.
