As I've written in the video's description:
For anyone feeling bothered by Rainbow Dash's clothing, keep in mind she's an anthro. We (originally, mostly) wear clothes to keep warm. Anthros on the other hand have a full fur pelt on their body. They do not need as many clothes like we do and ultimately clothes would only increase the risk of them overheating.
