Sooooo i really wanted to try colouring realistically on photoshop, so i picked up a picture of Lance's face that look remotely realistic and coloured it in.And to tell you, jesus this took me like 4-5 hours, just on his head. But i think it was worth it.

+Edit+ So some of you may notice, other probably wont, but i have added more definition to his skin. Also added more hair to his beard to give that more depth. Fixed his hair so it doesn't just look like it was stuck on. And shave marks at the back of his neck.

Okay now to be serious, I do love how you did his skin tone, it looks rather smooth, like you could really touch it. It's rather gorgeous.
I do like how you changed his hair - it shows the flow of how his hairstyle looks. Plus the additional bits here and there are of course, winner.
