Float- She has the ability to float when she feels the need. She's lazy so she does this a lot.
Animate- She can turn inanimate objects into more "alive" creatures. She mostly used this for her broom as well as her computer so it can send her           emails by voice.
Techno path- She uses magic to fix computers and figure out problems, though she is really smart too, but magic is just so much easier.
Green- She's green...nothing really fancy here.
Potions master- She can brew up a mean chicken soup that will cure any cold, and she can help you in your other areas you need help                              *cough*ED*cough*

  Circe is anything but a pedantic person when it comes to her own personal things. She will do anything and everything to get out of doing something the hard way, but that doesn't mean she isn't meticulous when it comes to her job. Though she is lazy she is very energetic, and if you offer her to go to a party she will blow you out of the water till the AM. A hopeless romantic, she loves sappy love movies, and all the cheesy shit that goes with it like cuddling and kisses. Passionate about what she loves, she will talk your ear off for hours bout technology in a very selfish way not even bothering to listen to what you like if you let her. Needy when she's in a relationship she is loyal, and trusting, but she likes spending a lot of time with her significant other.

  ◢◣ H I S T O R Y:
Circe wasn't born in HH. She was born in a small town by the sea that was mostly inhabited by witches and others alike. Her family was well-to-do, but was very old fashioned, and didn't stray from the norm when it came to magic.
Circe grew up in a family of potion masters, and that was all anyone in the family did. To Circe this was one word: Boring. They didn't own a TV, didn't own phones, and didn't care when other people in the town told them about things because they lived a cushioned life in a large house selling potions at a rather high price, but people bought it because come on they were the best.
Circe learned the trade, but wanted more out of life, along with a few other things. She started sneaking off late at night with friends, going to crazy parties, and buying the best technology she could with the money she made making potions. Another spark that she spent her cold hard cash on was fashion! She loved satin and leather, straps and bands, heels and dresses, but when you are seen as a proper son of a witch it can be a hard break.
After several months of sneaking around she finally opened up to her family about what she knew, who she was, and how technology opened her eyes to the world in a way she didn't see Potions could.
It was very awkward.
She slept outside that night, but they let her in upon finding out you can buy ingredients off the internet at a fraction of the price that VampMail could fly it when ordering from Potions Monthly.
Several months passed and her home went from an apothecary lab to a proper modern home with phones and computers. The one thing she enjoyed the most was television. It was crummy reception, but every so many nights she saw an add for a shop in this town called Hallows Haven, and not a week later she had managed to book a train and convince her parents she was going to open up shop there.
