Yes for the billionth time I've redone Fuqi. I really really like them now.

||History|| From birth Fuqi was dragged around with a traveling show. They didn't remember their parents, and was chained by the hands, feet, and neck since they could walk. Bought from a city in China near the sea they were shipped out to Australia by the time they were a few months old. It was there that the unusual colored tiger was shown around like a commodity. They spent several years there. Crammed in a small box, stared at, and poked and prodded. They were unusual for their color and their biological sex.
It wasn't till they were bought and sold again that they were able to make their escape. They didn't remember where they were going to be sent, but they knew that being locked up wasn't something they wanted anymore.

For the first time they felt grass beneath their paws, and tasted fresh water from a river. When the man from the circus approached them, they were skeptical, but followed him when they were released from the shackles around their limbs.

Given a place to live, warm food to eat, and fresh water to drink they would have been more than content to stay there. Then the magic happened, and they couldn't believe it. Human. They could become human! This was something they wondered about their whole lives. What it must feel like to be so clever and tall. They decided to stay and work in the circus, and hopefully find some sibilance of happiness there.

They can speak several languages including English and Chinese.
Not very large when in Tiger form.
Scars on their neck, wrist, and ankles are from the manacles kept on them almost all the time.
They are very soft spoken because of voice box damage.
