Water Control-Where there is water, there is a way for Blue to control it. She can melt ice, but can't refreeze it, and can cause rain to stop falling on her head. She can make tidal waves(or used to before she was injured) and was able to sink whole ships.

She grew up on Homeworld, and was considered a "perfect" blue diamond. Albet a little small, but she would be trained to become a killing machine. A part of what is called the "royal family" she was treated as such, and given whatever she asked for. This lead to her becoming demanding of anyone, and a bit of a brat to say the least. At a young age she showed potential to become something more than just a simple foot-soldier(no matter what rank you were in society you have to serve in the Gem army) and was trained for more black-ops missions. When the war for Earth began, she was on the front, fighting through gems with her weapon at the time(a giant war axe that was the size of her). When Yellow Diamond was on the brink of being injured, she sacrificed herself, and had her gem injured in the process turning her into a monster. She was left in the fields, broken, and sealed inside of her gem till she was healed enough to try and escape, but was too damaged to return to her normal form, and instead took the form of a giant creature that looked like a spider mixed with a moth. Roaming around, she was finally found by Steven, who, instead of attacking her, tried and help her. He healed her gem, and returned her to her normal form, and for a moment he thought she was Lapis Lazuli(because she looked similar to the gem) until she tried to attack him by taking the watergun he was holding and smacked him with it before running away.
She has been hiding on Earth, roaming around, ever since.

She knew Lapis on Homeworld long long ago, and they were actually friends.
She was paired with Black Diamond for missions, and for fusing because they were basically perfect for each other(no extra eyes or limbs) now they would fuse into a monster.
She does not trust anyone.
Is highly dangerous, do not think just because she holds waterguns that she isn't a threat.
