They have very little scent until they are almost fully formed. Then there is about a one week window when it is a pure Rose perfume, strong and redolent. Then no scent at all and they shrivel quicker than normal Roses. But overall a wonderful plant.
They propagate fairly well from sideshoots, poorly from cuttings.
