She heard something calling her name, but she couldn't see who it was.Originally, I wanted to draw in paper and just scan it, but then I realized I need to practice more with my digital drawing (which was terrible) :/ I am planning to go to art school next year, so I should keep trying for the best. wish me luck *crossingfingers*
Okay, what do you think about this ? Personally I found the mouth weird, but I don't know how to make it any better, so I just kept it that way
and please don't ask about background. Too lazy to draw things other than the main subject

Well she definitely looks distracted 
I don't know if you did this on purpose but she has no eyebrows 0:
I think her eyes could use a bit of toning down; in my opinion it's overly doll-like, and I think the white mouth makes it even more doll-like. If I were you I'd add some dark reddish colours for the inside of the mouth and a bit of tongue showing
