I think a majority is, yes. About 25-30 are hand made, including some that wouldn't seem so(Like.. second on the top row, and the pumpkin called 'Hate' near the bottom. 
I categorize it in 3, like.. Some are from scratch, some are bought and modified, some (very few) are bought and unmodified. Maybe I could add little coloured check-boxes or something.
